3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Dermadex has no control over customs processes and cannot predict the amount of any duties or fees that may apply.

  • In the event that a package is refused or returned due to customs issues or import restrictions, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

3.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where we can but cannot guarantee resolution.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Returns without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and processing your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
