OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind Dermadex with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You must contact us at dermadex@gmail.com before sending anything back
- The order must have been purchased directly through trydermadex.com
- Returns without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email us at dermadex@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request
- We will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund unless we specifically request it.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at dermadex@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if a physical return is required.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement
- Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at dermadex@gmail.com and we will investigate
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests submitted after 30 days of the original purchase date
- Orders not placed through trydermadex.com
- Products that were misused or used contrary to provided instructions
