PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select countries internationally. Please note the following before placing an international order:
Duties and Customs Fees: All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are determined by your country's customs authority. Dermadex has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Times: International delivery timelines vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance and local postal services. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Import Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are permitted for import in your country. Dermadex is not liable for orders that are confiscated, delayed, or returned due to local import laws or restrictions.
Refused or Returned Packages: If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to import restrictions, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Dermadex is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us at dermadex@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee resolution for packages confirmed as delivered.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Dermadex is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at dermadex@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dermadex@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
